Adan Aranda
Investor Advisor and Business Developer for D’STER Investland in Canada, focused on multifamily opportunities, project integration and strategic partnerships. His previous experience as a Mortgage Agent Level 2 in Ontario complements more than 25 years as a Lawyer in Mexico, where he continues to practice in corporate, international and real estate law, while also remaining active as a Real Estate Developer. This cross-border experience brings a practical perspective to real estate investment, financing, legal structuring and project development.
Ivan Ruiz
Architect, PMP, MCM, Home Inspector and entrepreneur, Ivan Ruiz is a professional with more that 25 year of experience in architecture, new constructions and renovations. Ivan always is looking for customer satisfaction and quality control, promoting SSS employees policies and guidance to create extra value on site and procedures during all phases of the project.
